  1. Select "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" from the "Settings" menu.

  1. First, enter your name in the "Name" field. Then, add your full email address e.g. (you@yourdomain.com) in the "Address" field and finally, a description for the account in the "Description" field. Click Next...

  1. Select the 'POP' option. Then, input the settings for your Incoming and Outgoing Mail Servers.

      Note

    If you are not restricted by your ISP, then Weblications' mail server will be used for both.

    Enter "mail#.weblications.com" in the "Host Name" field, replacing "#" with the number of the Weblications mail server i.e. mail2/3 or 4. Enter your full email address in the "User Name" field and your password in the "Password" field.

  1. The account will attempt to verify and present the message detailed below...

    Click "Yes", to setup the account without the SSL option.

      Note

    This can take a minute or so to complete and may need to be done twice, once for the Incoming and then the Outgoing...

Congratulations! Your mail account is now set up!

  Note

Even after inputting the appropriate credentials, it is quite possible that you may need to go through the setup process more than once for it to function properly. This will entail creating the account, deleting it and recreating it.

Should you receive sending errors after double checking your settings, it is rather likely that your Wifi/ISP is blocking outbound email. If this is the case, you will need to call the ISP’s tech support, to find out the name of their mail server and make any adjustments in accordance with their policies.
